Alexander Ronzino is an experienced operational finance executive/entrepreneur spanning Healthcare, Technology, & Real Estate.
Alexander jump started his career when he secured venture capital funding at the age of 22 to become the youngest Chief Executive of a nationally accredited behavioral healthcare organization in the United States. His experience ranges from early-seed funding to large M&As. He possesses strong private equity experience through numerous transactions in multiple capacities as an analyst, partner, and recipient. Prior to launching Rework Capital, he served as COO / CFO of a rapidly growing technology company with >500 team members and $300MM/Yr/GMV. He has been recognized by FSU's 30 Under 30 and has been featured/interviewed and/or published by ABC News, Business Insider, and Managed Healthcare Executive. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance and subsequent MBA from Florida State University - and holds a black belt in Lean Six Sigma.
Today at Rework Capital, he's set out to redefine the role that fractional CFOs play as guides to businesses poised for growth. His mission is guiding visionary founders who are looking to build empires. He does not work with lifestyle or “mom & pop” businesses. Rework Capital acheives this through two divisions:
1. Our Fractional Division - focused around CFO and COO work.
2. Our Capital Strategy Division - which includes syndicated investment, due diligence prep, vetting outside capital opportunities, our incubator, and exit planning.
